The 4th CO Trauma Pinnacle Course brought together orthopedic residents and surgeons for three focused days of advanced trauma learning.
Rather than keeping the learning limited to lectures, the course combined simulation training, hands-on saw-bone exercises and real-life case discussions to help participants understand how trauma principles translate into surgical practice.
From revisiting fundamental fixation principles to planning the management of complex fractures, the focus remained on understanding, practising and improving.
